I’m an independent filmmaker, creative storyteller and researcher based in Hamburg, Germany. The central issue of my work is the analysis of current and future social developments via the artistic examination of aspects of human interaction, with a particular focus on the effects of digitization. Depending on the given subject I make use of different media and forms. I also participate in think tanks, theater projects, performances, conducts workshops, lectures about my work, and teach at various colleges and universities.

Together with Thies Mynther I founded Fairy Bot which is a production company dedicated to cross-medial, transgressive narrative forms. We are dedicated to utilising moving images, musical and performative means in the digital and physical world.
